New gated residential-administrative complex in close proximity of Bulgaria Blvd

Location

Avalon complex is set in Manstrirski livadi quarter. The site is at the foot of Vitosha mountain and it is one of the most oustanding and quickly developing areas in Sofia. Floors - Granite tiles floorinf in common areas, stairs and terraces. Part of the apartments are with finished floors part just cemented.

Doors and windows - aluminium with PVC profiles

Exterior doors  - armoured, covered with natural varnished veneer

Elevator - high-tech, noiseless coresspond ing to all european standards

Heating and Ventilation - independent ventilation for service rooms with individual fans; natural ventilation of all staircases. There is central gas heating.

Water and Sewerage - the water tubing is made of PP pipes. The sewrage is with PVC pipes in noise- isolated shafts.

Electric installaltion - fitted high-voltage and low-voltage installation, according to the project

The building has internet connections, Cable TV and phone lines.

About the area

Manastirski Livadi Quarter prospects well among the quarters on the outskirts of the capital. It is situated in the southwest part of Sofia.
