SUNRISE complex is located in the town of Byala, some 50 km to the south from the city of Varna and 70 km to the north from the town of Burgas. The complex is situated 300 m away from the beach. The building is two-storey with two mansard levels. On each floor there are studios and 1BR apartments with a beautiful panoramic view towards the sea. The area of the apartments ranges from 46 to 119.13 sq. m. In front of the complex there is a parking lot and an outdoor swimming pool.

Type of construction: a monolithic construction with reinforced concrete support elements - columns and washers. The exterior walls are made of 25 cm red bricks and the interior partition walls are made of 12.5 cm brick. The joinery is three-chamber PVC with an open thermostat. Facade - thermo-insulation system and a suspended "breathing" thermo-facade UV- and chemical-proof (PARKLEX, PRODEMA), natural stone revetment, thermo-insulating material - mineral wadding. The inner walls and ceilings - structural plaster and putty. BRAMAC roof system with hydro- and thermo-insulation. The terraces are with XPS thermo-insulation, double-layer hydro-insulation granite flooring. The flooring in the common parts is granite.
